The MOB!

The MOB is our challenge sandwich! It is a seven pound sandwich,and is yours free if you can finish it within the 60 minute time limit... just ask for details!

For us mortal folk, The MOB makes a great party sandwich for 10 or more.

We make it our job to find only the freshest produce to use in our food.

Soups

We serve 3 daily... Broccoli Cheese, Creamy Chicken Vegetable, and Loaded Baked Potato... each is made with love and care in small batches...

Deli Meats

We use only the best Deli Meats we can find, then we shave them thin so they are at their most tender.

Cheesecake

We like to think our New York Style Cheesecake is the best around. Come try a piece yourself and see if you agree.

Sweets

We love Chocolate Chip Cookies...for that matter we love most cookies... We offer Ultimate Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Peanut Butter Cookies made fresh daily.

Espresso

At Goombadas we use locally roasted coffee. Our blend is unique to us and each cup is ground when you order it.

At Goombadas our goal is to offer our customers exceptionally good food at a great price. We've spent years searching for just the right recipes and just the right ingredients in order to bring to McAllen and unequalled dining experience.

We start with our Artisan Bread...baked from scratch daily, so that each of our sandwiches has the best possible foundation. Your bread will also be steamed when you order, so that it will have that "just out of the oven" taste and feel.

Then we add one of our Special Dressings...so that each sandwich has the perfect "framework".

Next we add the Deli Meat...chosen with great care and "shaved" when we slice it so it's at it's most tender.

All this is followed by the Cheese...each chosen to round out a great sandwich.

We make our Meatballs, Italian Sausage, Marinara Sauce, Roasted Chicken, Soups, Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Carrot Salad, Cheesecakes, Berry Buckles, Cookies, and Brownies from scratch...all so you can have the "homemade" flavor that's missing in fast food today.
